Everything you share with Baanrak is protected by legal privilege. We do not disclose case information without your explicit consent.
Written fee agreement
Every engagement begins with a written agreement setting out scope and fees. No work begins, and no invoice is issued, without prior agreement.
Regular case updates
You will not need to chase us for progress. We update clients proactively and respond to questions within one business day.
PDPA-compliant data handling
We handle client data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act — collecting only what is necessary and retaining it only as long as required.
Licensed practitioners only
All legal advice is given by licenced members of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. No work is delegated to unlicensed staff.
Ethics above expediency
We do not advise courses of action we cannot stand behind. Our advice reflects what is fair and legally sound — not just what is technically possible.
